How do pre-orders work?
We bake in strictly small batches to ensure quality. Our cookies are released via "drops." Keep an eye on our countdown or join the Cookie Club for early access to the next flavor edit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each batch is handcrafted specifically for our pre-order customers, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once the baking process has begun.
Do you offer luxury gift boxes?
Yes! Our curated unboxing experience is designed for gifting. Every box comes with our signature scalloped branding and premium ribbon.
Can I place a corporate or large event order?
We love being part of your special moments. For large events or corporate gifting, please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance so we can ensure your small-batch order is perfectly timed.
Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?
Currently, our kitchen focuses on traditional premium ingredients like local butter and high-quality flour. We do not currently offer gluten-free or vegan cookies, but follow us on social media for future flavor announcements!
Are there nuts in your cookies?
While some of our flavor edits do not contain nuts, all Cookie Tabs treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles tree nuts and peanuts.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship our artisanal cookies throughout California.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3–5 days of arrival. To maintain that soft-baked, gourmet texture, we recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature.
How should I reheat my cookies?
For that "just out of the oven" unboxing experience, we recommend a quick 10-second zap in the microwave or 2–3 minutes in a 350°F oven.
